Management Systems

Our commitment to quality construction has meant that we implement Industry accredited Management Systems. These ensure that no matter what the project, our standards and values are in no way compromised.

These systems include Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety and a strong Environmental management procedures.

Quality Assurance

Wild Geese group consistently aims to provide high - end quality solutions to our clients.

We achieve this by delivering projects smarter in the terms of cost, time and quality.

Our adoption of a Quality Management System in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001 has developed the positive perception that we are leaders in project management.

Our policy is based around these fundamental best practice principles:

  • Encourage all personnel to participate in and integrate commitment to our quality assurance activities and obligations.
  • Group operations and activities will always be executed reflective of this policy.
  • Implement key performance indicators to gauge our performance and identify opportunities for advancement.
  • Continually review the efficiency of our activities ensuring scope over-runs are minimised.
  • Continually seek feedback from our clients to help our organisations identify and address opportunities for improvement.

We continue to refine and improve these processes to ensure that no matter the size of the project the outcome will always be the same- efficient and cost-effective. We utilise a strict document control maintaining identical processes and procedures across three state: NT, QLD & NSW.

We are currently being audited by a third party to maintain our already high and existing level of quality assurance.

Occupational Health and Safety

Wild Geese group recognises and is steadfast in its commitment to the OH & S responsibilities of its activities. The welfare of our personnel is our first priority.

Our ideology is prevention and risk management is good for our business and that our reputation and profitability depend on our capability to control our operations safely.

WildGeese Group have AS/NZS 4801 & OHSAS 18001 accreditation.

Our approach to safety can be captured through our processes of:

We achieve this through:

  • Strict accordance to relevant local, state and federal Occupational Health and Safety legislation and project specific requirements.
  • The adoption of the practices that deliver safe and healthy work environments for all personnel engaged by the group.
  • Challenging ourselves to meet key performance targets in Occupational Health and Safety management.
  • Systematic internal and external auditing of our procedures and systems to ensure our best practice policies operate effectively and precisely
  • Continual appropriate actions of improvement to enhance performance of our OH & S policy.

Environmental Management

We are committed to improving our environmental performance through the principles of sustainable construction. We will do this in such a way that is complementary to Australia's commitment to sustainable development through the reduction of the effects of climate change. All procedures we adopt are in conjunction with the guidelines set out in ISO 14001.

Our Environmental policy aims to:

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable official codes of practice, statutory regulations and legislation on all its sites and work environments.
  • Encourage environmental awareness and commitment to our policy by the provision of training to our employees and encourage subcontractors and suppliers to develop and apply the best principles when practicing environmental management.
  • Ensure careful attention is made to the wastage of materials, water and energy by scrutinising their use.
  • Where possible, always seek to use materials from renewable sources and/or of a recycled composite or materials able to be recycled.
  • Always encourage customers, where practical, to design with the principles of sustainability.
  • Design permanent built environments that minimise pollution and use of energy, have limited raw material and improve the natural landscape.
  • Ensure our activities are carefully planned to prevent or minimise environmental disturbance.
  • Apply the principles of continual improvements by reviewing our performance and reviewing our objectives.
